We want kids to leave our kids ministries knowing and loving both God and His Word, but how do we develop a strategy to help not only develop them in the hours they spend in the classrooms we lead but also in their homes? In this two-hour intensive, you’ll receive a framework for use in your ministry and in your work of equipping parents so kids not only grow in biblical and theological literacy but develop an insatiable hunger to learn more. Building a strong foundation for kids situated on the solid ground of God’s Word will serve them well as they in turn serve God all the days of their lives.
Time: 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Room: Baskin Chapel
Addictive technology in the hands of kids and teens has become a discipleship killer, replacing foundational spiritual disciplines and biblical literacy with doom-scrolling, virtual worlds, and FOMO. It doesn’t have to be this way! The Church has a historic opportunity to play a major role in reversing the tide, rallying congregational support around 4 essential points of tech-intentional wisdom and creating collective action among families and leaders.
